We at Gallery at 759 Main DBA (“gallery759.com”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) have established this privacy policy because we take the personal and private information our customers (“User”) entrust us with very seriously. This Privacy Policy provides transparency regarding the collection, storage and use of such information provided through our gallery759.com website.

When you visit our website and you are just browsing, we will ask if you would like to leave your email address to receive our Subscriber Exclusive sales eblasts.  The emails are stored in our WIX database and if our customers decide they no longer want to receive our eblast, then we delete their email and exclude them from future email distributions.  Providing the email is optional and provided to us on a voluntary basis.

If you decide to purchase a product or service (framing) through our website, we make available several options for executing your purchase.  We accept most major credit and debit cards.  We also offer 3rd party financing through Affirm.  These providers use a variety of security and risk management technologies to facilitate secure on-line transactions and to protect your information.

WHERE IS THE SITE OPERATED AND WHERE IS MY INFORMATION STORED?

Gallery at 759 Main uses WIX servers in the development, storage and maintenance of our website.  Their servers can be located all over the world, including the U.S. and Europe.  Our tech support is generally located in Isreal.  Your credit or debit card information is only used to process purchasing transactions and that data is maintained by each credit/debit provider.  We use them to seek approval for your purchase.  We also use a third-party Financing company called AFFIRM.  When our customers use this payment method, that transaction is completely between our customer and AFFIRM.  Our customers should inquire with our third-party providers to understand their Privacy Policies.

To reiterate, Gallery at 759 Main uses WIX software as our website operating platform.  WIX uses PCI compliance standards which assures Users of their platform that their Personal Information is kept confidential and secure. As such, WIX also follows Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
